Refund Policy
Sponsorships All event sponsorships are final and not eligible for a refund.

Exhibitors The Official Pacific Northwest Conference Cancellation Policy states that exhibitor fee refunds will be made in full until 30 days before March 1, 2019. If you cancel within 30 days of March 1, 2019, your fees will be forfeited in full.

General Attendees The original registrant may request a full or partial refund through 5pm PST on February 2, 2019. A fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction fees. Refunds will be issued to the same card used to pay for registration. Refunds can be requested by calling 1-503-222-6254 between 9AM and 4PM Monday through Friday.
